How to get the upgrade
Please contact your Sage business partner to install the Union Automation upgrade for Sage 100 and Sage 100cloud 2021. If you have any customizations to your Sage 100 Payroll module or to Kissinger’s Union Automation, please contact Kissinger before proceeding with the upgrade so we can help you determine the compatibility of your customizations. We also recommend contacting suppliers of other enhancement software or Sage 100 customizations prior to installing.

Sage 100 Payroll: compatibility updates for older versions
On July 21st, Kissinger Solutions also released compatibility updates to provide Payroll 2.21.2 compatibility for Union Payroll 2020 (for use with Sage 100 2020) and Union Payroll 2019 (for use with Sage 100 2019).
Is a compatibility update required for my version?
- Union Payroll 2021 for Sage 100 2021 does not require the installation of a compatibility update – it is already compatible with Sage 100 Payroll 2.21.2.
- If you are using Union Payroll 2020 and Sage 100 2020, there is a compatibility update (UAP62004.exe) available to make your Union Payroll software compatible with Sage 100 Payroll 2.21.2.
- If you are using Union Payroll 2019 and Sage 100 2019, there is a compatibility update (UAP61009.exe) available to make your Union Payroll software compatible with Sage 100 Payroll 2.21.2.
