Many of us are learning new ways of managing our businesses as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. To help customers through this difficult time, Sage recently announced Sage 100 training resources now available free of charge on Sage University through the end of May. Complimentary training is available for the following Sage modules and functions:

  • General Ledger
  •  Accounts Payable
  •  Accounts Receivable
  •  Payroll 2.0
  •  Inventory Management
  •  Purchase Order
  •  Sales Order
  •  Job Cost
  •  System Administrator
  •  Program and Data Files

These Anytime Learning courses are excellent courses with video lessons. They are definitely worth your time if you need to get up to speed on the setup and operation of any of these Sage 100 modules and functions.

Here’s an example of the Inventory Management Complete Learning Package:

This Anytime Learning Package is designed for customers looking for comprehensive training in Sage 100 Inventory Management.

This package will give you the knowledge and skills necessary to set up and process transactions in Inventory Management.

The skills you will learn in this learning package include:
— Setting up Inventory Management
— Creating and maintaining inventory items
— Processing inventory transactions
— Processing a physical inventory
— Performing periodic processing

But don’t stop once you have learned these skills. Stand out from your colleagues and get certified! This learning package provides the information you need to become a Certified Inventory Specialist for Sage 100 when you pass the Sage 100 Inventory Specialist Assessment.

Duration: This Learning Package consists of 19 videos that take approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete.

Expiration 60 days after registration.

As shown in the example above, you can also take advantage of a number of certification exams after completing the training courses. Available certifications include:

How to access free Sage 100 training

Go to Sage University and if you don’t already have a free account, you will be prompted to create one before you can access the training courses.

And while you’re there, you may also want to check out the free, on-demand Anytime Learning video on What’s New in Sage 100 and 100cloud version 2020. It’s about 40 minutes long and will show you the details including screenshots and processing steps related to all of the new features included in the 2020 release.

New features of Sage 100cloud 2020 include the ability to:

  • Reverse an entire Accounts Payable check run
  • Use expanded name fields (No more abbreviations!)
  • Encrypt personally identifiable information (PII)
  • Receive or invoice multiple POs on one receipt or one invoice
