Kissinger Solutions Compatibility with Sage 100 Payroll 2.24 Update

We are pleased to share information with you about the compatibility of Kissinger enhancement solutions with the Sage 100 Payroll version 2.24 update released in December of 2023. We have thoroughly tested our solutions that extend the functionality of the Sage 100 Payroll module, and can provide the following compatibility results. (Other Kissinger enhancement and integration solutions are not impacted by the Sage 100 Payroll update.)
Please note: Sage released a Payroll 2.24.0 Program Fix (PR2240T) on 12/22/2023. There is no conflict with this Program Fix and any version of our Certified Payroll or Union Automation solutions. The Program Fix can be installed (after the Payroll 2.24 update) and our solutions will continue to be compatible. (Please see details below about the required Compatibility Update for Union Automation.)
Enhancement Solutions
Certified Payroll
Great news! Certified Payroll 2023, 2022, 2021, and 2020 are unaffected by the Sage 100 Payroll version 2.24 update.
Compatible
A compatibility update is not required for Certified Payroll. Your Certified Payroll solution will continue to be compatible with the Sage 100 Payroll module after the version 2.24 update is applied.
Customizations?
If you have any customizations to your Sage 100 system or to Kissinger's Certified Payroll, or if you use third-party products that integrate with Sage 100, please contact us before proceeding with the Sage 100 Payroll update so we can help you determine the compatibility of your customizations and integrations with our solutions.

Union Automation
Union Automation 2023, 2022, 2021, and 2020 each require the installation of a compatibility update to continue working with Sage 100 after the installation of the Sage 100 Payroll 2.24 update.

There is a compatibility update available to make your Union Automation 2023 software compatible with Sage 100 Payroll 2.24 Update.
When to install?
The compatibility update for Union Automation 2023 (UAP71004.exe) should be installed after the Sage 100 Payroll 2.24 Update for Sage 100 2023 is installed.
